Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy You're here for help with ADHD and/or executive functioning—we get it. Life happens. That’s why we work hard to create structure, consistency, and accountability together. That said, to make sure we can continue supporting you (and everyone else we work with), here are some clear ground rules around cancellations and no-shows: 24-Hour Notice Required Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. You can do this via email or text, whatever’s easiest for you. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice—or missed entirely—will be charged the full session rate. We honor your time and ours, and ask that you do the same. Prepaid Sessions If you’ve prepaid, a missed or late-cancelled session will count as used. If you cancel on time, we’ll simply roll it over to your next appointment. Subscribers Get Grace If you're on a subscription plan, we offer a one-time grace for your **first** late cancellation or no-show. We’re here to support your growth—not penalize you while you're building new habits. Emergencies Life happens. If something truly out of your control comes up, just reach out. We may waive the fee at our discretion, especially if it’s a rare occurrence. This policy is here to help you build consistency—not to add stress. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
